Naturopathic Pregnancy Support
Pregnancy is one of the most important times to take care of your health.
Have you become pregnant despite underlying conditions and are seeking safe and gentle therapies to manage all the various components of your health?
Do you struggle with morning sickness, heartburn, fatigue, or other pregnancy symptoms and just wish you could feel better?
Maybe you want to do everything within your power to minimize your risk of complications and experience an easy pregnancy and delivery.
Naturopathic support can relieve symptoms safely.
Pregnancy is a time to be extraordinarily careful about how you treat your body. Many prescription medications pose risks during pregnancy, making it challenging to manage other health conditions.
Under the right guidance, naturopathic therapies can help safely manage underlying conditions, alleviate pregnancy symptoms, and support you in a healthy pregnancy.
The naturopathic approach is highly personalized, gentle, and supportive—working with your body to help you feel amazing from conception through delivery.

What to Expect
01: Initial Pregnancy Consultation
You will be asked to complete an extensive intake form and submit all labs and imaging related to pregnancy before your first visit. This allows Dr. Parrish to review the materials and make the most of your time together. Please allow 90 minutes for your initial consultation.
02: Trimester-Specific Consults
Your body will change quickly throughout pregnancy, and each trimester poses new challenges and opportunities. Each trimester-specific consult will empower you with tools and resources to navigate pregnancy feeling informed and in charge of your health.
03: Symptom-Specific Consults
Safe and effective therapies can help you manage everything from morning sickness to blood pressure changes throughout your pregnancy. Symptom-specific consults allow you to consult with Dr. Parrish for any concerns that arise.
04: Coordinated Care
Dr. Parrish also believes patients are best served when they have a team of health care providers and will communicate and collaborate with your ob-gyn if needed during care. She also often refers to conventional doctors or specialists (including endocrinologists, nutritionists, therapists, acupuncturists, or pelvic PT specialists) to coordinate complete care.
Please note—all consultations are conducted virtually. Dr. Rosia Parrish is not an ob-gyn or midwife, and you must continue routine pregnancy care with your healthcare provider.
